The Daniel Schäfer & Markus Schmidt GbR (hereinafter Artwork Junkies) functions as an interactive online service which is also available as a social networking site. Each registered user has the chance to decide whether and what personal data to present to other users of this service. Remember that this english version is not the legal version and for convenience only.

Code of behaviour

1. Published content may not violate any law. Responsible for prior checks and possible consequences is the current user itself.
2. Everyone has the right to be treaten with respect. It is not permitted to talk other users down or to offend them.
3. The spread of chain letters (and similar) and the organization of competitions (and similar) is prohibited.
4. Personal data in profiles must be truthful and not misleading.
5. Any kind of advertising in the published content is prohibited.
6. Racist, violent, discriminatory or other objectionable publications are prohibited.
7. Contents of nudity, pornographic images, images of violence, victims of war or natural disasters as well as the publication of unconstitutional symbols are not allowed.
8. The services offered on these pages should not be stored, processed, passed on, or used for other purposes.
9. The exchange of access data is not allowed.
10. Technical attacks for purposes of processing personal data about other users is prohibited.

Sanctions in case of violations

1. In case of violation of this terms the user will be warned, suspensioned or deleted.
2. Profiles which are clearly different from the actual identity of the user will be deleted.
3. Artwork Junkies reserves the right to treat each violation individual and conduct one of the above sanctions without advance warning.
